Myron was great! He was very pleasant and made sure I understood everything that was going on.
Merlin was great!!! Give that man a raise!!! As a female I’ve had to deal with service in the past and I never have received such great service. He was very polite, called when he said he would and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on and what the cost would be.
I appreciated that they were willing to store my bag in an office as I went to a restaurant. I was very happy that the cargo area was also vacuumed. I enjoy talking with the employees there. The previous visit I had mentioned I was concerned about the transmission fluid because the car seemed to jerk changing gears, but they stated all was well. This visit the transmission fluid was changed and I haven’t noticed that jerking.

My experience at Larson Hyundai was nothing short of Marvelous. Last Friday, Feb 1st, I arrived about 1pm, with only the idea in mind that I really need a car, since my 2001 Sonata was never going to run again! Sales person Konan, grabbed my attention in the parking lot, and helped me find a place to park, then chat some, and get a chance to see some cars. This is the first time in 13 years I was shopping for a new, or newer car at a dealership. My 5 hours there was vastly rewarded as I found a LIKE NEW 2010 Elantra. It’s wonderful driving this car, and thankfully, Mr Konan and his wife even delivered the car to MY HOUSE in Auburn. That was so cool and nice! Just wanted to let everyone know that Captain took the time to show value in what I was buying, it was through his questions, concerns and customer service and thoroughness that helped make my decision to buy the Hyundai. I also want to thank Leon for making the buying experience not such a drag. He worked with me and was still able to make me laugh and have fun with it. There is another thing I want to share. I had gone to the Honda dealer across the street a couple of times and was handed off to two different salesmen that seem to think so highly of their cars, they forgot to show me the value. I was given a price the first time and took a Civic out for a test drive by myself the second time I came in, but only after I asked. Both veteran salesmen, and both times no one asked me if I had questions and was offered little to no communication of understanding that I was struggling with buying a new car, verses keeping my old car. I was actually handed off and told the first salesmen couldn’t handle me. I had also gone to the Toyota dealer next door, and was completely ignored. In sharing all of this, I want to make sure you know that it was a breath of fresh air when I came to the Hyundai dealership and was given personalized customer service and shown comparisons and value of the Hyundai verses the other cars I was looking at. Because of that, it made the decision to buy verses keeping my old car, not even an issue, and the information I needed to make a good decision presented by Captain and Leon is why I bought my car through your dealership. My experience with your dealership is something I will highly recommend. Thank you for the experience.

This was the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience ever. I went into the dealership three days in a row as I was comparing other vehicle makes. There was not a person in the dealership that was not friendly and helpful; I really have never had anyone give me a tour of the service department or spend a couple hours showing me how to operate all the gadgets on my car. Captain Broada and Jeff TImmons knew everything about the car and answered questions that I would not have thought to ask. Greg Hartshorne did everything possible to facilitate the sale and was just a kick to talk to. Financing was even a breeze and I love my new Elantra GT!

I would like to thank Tara my Service Advisor, Myron the Service Manager, and Chad my technician for taking a sincere interest in addressing my concerns with my new Genesis 5.0. They all seemed genuinely eager to make sure I was happy with the work performed, and took the time to review each issue I had, and explain the process for repair. My last car was an Infiniti, and I have come to expect a high level of customer service, as that has always been my experience with Infiniti. I must admit, I did have my concerns if Hyundai could measure up to that level of service. After my first visit to Larson Hyundai Service yesterday, it appears as though the team there “gets it”. It seems that their goal is to insure complete customer satisfaction, and in that regard they delivered as promised. Again, I would like to thank the team there, and keep up the good work! If this is the level of customer care I can expect from Hyundai, and Larson Hyundai Service, you have my vote of confidence and continued support both on the service side, and possibly when I am looking for a new vehicle in a a couple of years.

I really appreciate that Doug went over the the findings from the inspection and even put together a quote for repair work. It is nice to be able to plan for such repair work.
I like that they cared about the small things, such as checking the windshield wiper was properly adjusted. It seems a little bit better. I also like that nothing is ever pressured to have done if not necessary. I see that they care very much in having satisfied customers for repeat business.
Tara does a great job and displays a great peronality. We like our dealings with her.

Absolutely love Robert Larson staff – always friendly, helpful, timely and prices are very reasonable. I am always able to reach someone by phone or internet for questions, never have a service scheduling problem and sales staff will always spend time reviewing options and comparisons. Service associates are prompt, helpful and always explain what was done on the vehicle. Very competent mechanics, never had a return because of a problem and they will come and explain specific technical workings of my vehicle. Won’t take my car anywhere else!

Hello, we had Konan at the Tacoma dealership sell us a car because of his personality, his honesty, and knowledge about the car. My husband and I went to Kia earlier that day and got treated very poorly. I told my husband I wanted to go home and shop for cars another day. He then took me over to your dealership, we stepped out of our truck and Konan came out the door with a smile on his face and was willing to understand my frustration I just had with Kia. I am very happy with my purchase and everyone we worked with! The next day we even brought my in-laws in (on Konan’s day off) and he sold them a car too!! Thank you very much!

I have no unresolved questions or comments. My experience at Larson Hyundai was excellent. I purchased a vehicle there back in 2005 and I wasn’t nearly as satisfied then as I was during this visit.

My experience began by meeting a person at your dealership so that she could have my 2002 Accent looked because she wanted to purchase it. In the end she did not buy my car. My intentions were to use the proceeds from the sale of my car toward a car for my parents. What follows was a spur of the moment decision to purchase/lease a vehicle.
I went to the front show room and spoke to David who referred me directly to Jay Shin. Jay was incredible! I explained the situation to him, and that I wanted to look into options for financing a vehicle. He told me all about the lease program and all of the in an outs of the different coverages (excessive use, wear and tear etc…).
I saw the vehicle I wanted for my parents and he immediately began investigating the feasibility of getting into a lease for the 2013 Accent for my parents. I called my parents and they came to the dealership while he began the numbers. He asked me what I wanted for a lease payment. I said under $200.00, in the end the price we got was $243.00/month given the situation. He immediately set to work.
When my parents arrived at the dealership Jay treated them with the utmost respect, patience, and courtesy. This car was for them and he knew it. He did everything in his power to make this lease the best possible lease situation for us, and he made the whole process incredibly easy and stress free.
After purchasing the vehicle we were having difficulty figuring out the insurance for the vehicle. Jay and Curt Skinner went above and beyond once again. They looked into options that they could potentially arrange to help make the insuring of the vehicle easier. Curt even called all the paper work back to his office after I called him in frustration with the insurance issues, so that we could rework the paper work if necessary. I realize they could have just said that we were in an unfortunate situation and let us deal with it on our own, but they did not. They continued to show determination to help us even after all was said and done. My parents and I finally figured the insurance out and now all is good with the world. I have been impressed by the patience and helpfulness of everyone I was involved with at Larson Hyundai, from the service department to sales, and financing.
In the ends the price of the lease, the monthly payment, the coverage suggested to protect us at the end, and during, the lease, and the explanations of how we were covered by the benefits of the Hyundai lease and warranties/services, and the respect, courtesy, and excellent service made this the best experience I have had dealing with car dealerships.
Keep in mind that I purchased a 2013 Elantra in July from Korum Hyundai. I now regret purchasing through Korum and wish I had found Larson Hyundai first. The commitment to quality service during my experience at Larson put my Korum experience to shame. In any case when all is said and done I have been incredibly impressed by the Larson team at Larson Hyundai in Tacoma.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing that could’ve been done a little better (which is very minor) is they vacuumed the front floorboards, but did not clean the back floorboards (some debris). I will definitely continue to use Larson Hyundai! Thank you!
I had a great experience with Larson Auto! It didn’t take all day to make the deal. 3 hrs total! Ryan my sales guy was supportive, concerned about my needs, he was kind, not high pressured. Curt the finance guy reassured me this was a purchase not a lease! Two things that were important to me, not take all day and not become a lease instead of a purchase!! I had made that clear to Andy “the old guy from Chicago” on the phone when he called me in regards to my search on the internet. I will recommend Larson to everybody!!

There was nothing wrong with the vehicle, I took it in for its scheduled oil change and fluid check. The service was perfect everything was ready and I didn’t have to wait for anything, other than the actual service.

Tara was friendly and knowledgeable in regard to my vehicle. She mentioned needed mantenance, but wasn’t “pushy”. I said I would probably get my transmission service soon and she said that would be a good idea,but didn’t push me on it like trying to make an appointment. In the past when I have purchased a new vehicle, I did not take it to the dealer for oil changes. I am happy to see the coupons come through that make oil changes at the dealership a reasonable price. I would rather take my car to the dealership than outside Oil Change facility or maintenance facility. Keep up the reasonable pricing and you’ll have a customer for life.
